We look at the selling process from start to finish. We work along side each department manager to get an understanding of what they think their jobs are. DEALERSHIP -180 then reports back to the Owner/ General Manager on how we can improve each department.  We draw out a team plan and go to work. Unlike others, we do the training; we take over the sales desk and we work with the finance managers.
